lukewarm shower

privacy concern

my stay was quite unremarkable, really. the shower was lukewarm, and privacy was nonexistent since the bathtub was visible to passersby. i woudl have thought a place of this caliber would at least offer a room upgrade as compensation for my inconvenience, but apparently, i was treated like every other ordinary guest. what a shame.

The deluxe villa was spacious and comfortable.

My experience was marred by limited breakfast choices, offering only one dish per person. the ambience in the room was compromised by inadequate lighting. the single lamp made evenings uncomfortable for reading. Lastly, the disconnect between the downstairs and the upstairs areas of the villa was inconvenient.

great location

staying at loy chalet was amazing! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by lush jungle. the deluxe villa was spacious and comfortable, making our five-night stay refreshing. plus, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay!

A hidden gem surrounded by tropical plants. perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the serenity. Loved the balcony bath, such a luxurious treat. The staff was all lovely and attentive throughout our stay.

The villa was super spacious and clean. Loved the private balcony and the comfy seating area. The outdoor pool was perfect for family time. Spa facilities included a kids' pool and well-maintained outdoor swimming pool. The whole vibe was relaxing and just what we needed for our getaway!
